I wasn't being totally serious in my last post. The cameo did indeed happen, but as you pointed out there's more than one explanation for it. Though, there are some things that actually make them being the same universe more possible than they seem at face value. For instance, the Skrulls, Kree, and some other aliens are actually from other galaxies and some combination of SHIELD, Hydra, and other groups could be the origin of Section 31. However, again, as you pointed out, there's still too many differences for them to be the same universe. The most likely possibility is that they're parallel universes which share some elements of history, but also diverge significantly on other important points.

When Marvel had the Star Trek license they made two Star Trek/X-Men crossover comics, where the MU was an alternate universe.

There was also a book which was in continuity with the two comics. It was written by Michael Jan Friedman and I believe it was called Planet X. Getting back to the topic at hand, it would be cool if the mega crossover acknowledged the comics and novel crossover with X-Men somehow and/or the Punk on the Bus cameo.

2026 as the start date for WW3 is from a computer screen seen briefly in Enterprise.

maybe something in 2026 led to it? Like WW2 started in the aftermath of WW1...?

Seems obvious no World War Three could possibly last 27 years…

Man...I am so intrigued by the stuff in the video but there is SO much assuming and wild guesswork in it. It would be incredible if there is a grand sense of unifying vision and pre-planning involved in all of this but why would they keep it quiet? Also, COULD it be kept quiet? Something/someone would have leaked something this massive at some point or another, no?
