The 90s one with Matt Decker, Nog, Pava, Edam etc. I hadn't heard of the newer one until you mentioned it.Which Starfleet Academy comic series, the '90s ongoing or the 2016 mini-series?

Moves With Burning Grace appeared in the 23rd Century SCE/Corps of Engineers stories, and Pava Ek'Noor (sh')Aqabaa is a recurring character in the Titan series. It's probably too hard because of rights issues I guess but I'd love to see the Early Voyages comics characters again, in a Pike novel or something. Same with the Starfleet Academy comics characters.
I would definitely love to see Lwaxana with her granddaughter.
Yeah, I meant just the post-Destiny era. I read and loved TNES and that is why I want to see what Rugal has been up to in the 2380s.
Moves With Burning Grace also appeared in Margaret Wander Bonanno's Pike novel Burning Dreams, and Sita Mohindas played a fairly significant role in Greg Cox's recent Child of Two Worlds.Moves With Burning Grace appeared in the 23rd Century SCE/Corps of Engineers stories, and Pava Ek'Noor (sh')Aqabaa is a recurring character in the Titan series.
Don't the other Equinox survivors feature in it as well? I'm pretty sure Noah Lessing has a supporting role, and one of the other survivors has a bit part as well.^Marla Gilmore appeared in "Bottomless" in Distant Shores. She has a pretty prominent role in the story.
Yeah I too wish we had a story checking in on those characters and what they have gotten up to since graduating.Along those lines, I'd really like to know what happened to the cadets from The Best and the Brightest during the Dominion War.
Did y'all know that Nicholas Locarno from TNG - "The First Duty" featured appeared once more in the Borg-themed novella Seven Deadly Sins - "Revenant"? Technically, he's still on the loose at the end of the story
Well, not exactly...
They were all assimilated by the Borg, so I'm not sure that counts as "on the loose".
IIRC, the story was just re-worked into the episode Second Skin with Kira replacing Sito, so there isn't really much of the Sito pitch that can be re-worked into the novels, without retreading what was already done. And on that subject, I find it surprising that the unrealized DS9 pitch of Sito Jaxa turning out to be alive was never turned into a novel. Isn't the character rather beloved by fans?
I think she was great but I also don't want her to return....I think. And on that subject, I find it surprising that the unrealized DS9 pitch of Sito Jaxa turning out to be alive was never turned into a novel. Isn't the character rather beloved by fans?
Also the kids from "Disaster", would be nice to know if they did join Starfleet or not.
