Would anyone here want that canceled The Lost Era Tzenkethi War novel to finally be done?

I think there's still something that they could do with this, especially given that we have moved well beyond the days of the Tzenkethi being referred to without appearing. Now that we've had Tzenkethi characters appear and be involved in things, seeing the war from their perspective could be involved - it's been a while since I read the flashbacks scenes in, wasn't it Raise the Dawn, but I don't recall why they and the Federation were at war specifically. Sure, we have the tension between the two groups, but I don't know if we know what sparked or doused that war. The flasbacks just detailed one skirmish, not even spanning the whole conflict, didn't they?

24th century Saavik and Valeris would be great.
It's crazy that we haven't seen much of Lwaxana Troi. Has she even seen her granddaughter?
I want Kes back on Voyager full time.
Suspiria is an antagonist that was criminally underused.

Commander Tebok, Marc Alaimo's Romulan character who has only made one minor appearance in the novels.

Gul Akellen Macet. He hasn't made a full appearance in the novels in a while.

Not a character, but I would like to see the Dyson sphere from TNG - "Relics" again. While I have not read the follow-up novel Dyson Sphere, I have never seen any reference to said novel in 21st century novels. After seeing Star Trek Online's take on the "Jenolan Dyson sphere", I would like to see a novelverse take, especially with modern physics expertise such as that of Christopher.

T'Lana. She may be dead as of the "present", but it could be nice to see her in the days before she joined the crew of the Enterprise-E.

- YES! The Tzenkethi have become such an intriguing race and I'd love to read more about them, whether a Lost Era Tzenkethi War novel, or something else. David R. George's Rough Beasts of Empire and Una McCormack's Brinkmanship really paint a fascinating picture of the Tzenkethi.

- I'd almost forgotten about Lwaxana. I hope she turns up soon.

- Another character I'd like to see more of. I think the DS9 Mission Gamma novels were the last time he had a significant presence.

I am legitimately amazed that we didn't see her all but hijack a ship in order to be on the Titan when Natasha was born so that she could immediately begin doting on her. Sure, Betazed needs rebuilding, but the planet can mostly take care of itself, and she has a granddaughter to get to!

I was hoping for a scene wherein Lwaxana hilariously reacts in indignation when Natasha, a young uninhibited child, openly thinks amusement or annoynace at Lwaxana's behavior.

I would definitely love to see Lwaxana with her granddaughter.
Which ends in 2378 I think, years before Destiny! I think they meant what has happened since!
Yeah, I meant just the post-Destiny era. I read and loved TNES and that is why I want to see what Rugal has been up to in the 2380s.

I don't remember Worf or anyone ever talked about just his mother on the shows. Everything was pretty much just dealing with his father or both of his parents together. I just checked and she doesn't have any kind of page on Memory Alpha, or even an entry on the "unnamed Klingons" page.

My point exactly. Small role. In only one novel.
Oh I agree. That story had so many minor characters, most of whom I don't remember and don't really care to see again. Kaasin was interesting in every scene she was in. She was a character with enough depth that she's worth revisiting.

It's probably too hard because of rights issues I guess but I'd love to see the Early Voyages comics characters again, in a Pike novel or something. Same with the Starfleet Academy comics characters.

Which Starfleet Academy comic series, the '90s ongoing or the 2016 mini-series?
