People aren't going to find out that there's a low level of nudity in the film until after they've bought the ticket. The director saying they cut a bunch of it out on social media isn't a dial mover.
If folks haven't bought a ticket it's because either they haven't seen the marketing, they've seen the marketing and weren't interested, they might have been interested but went to see something else they were more interested in, didn't go to the cinema at that time, thought that looks like something to wait for streaming.
I only saw the trailer this last week and thought it was a bit of a mess and didn't do a great job of selling the concept or characters too well and so they're not getting my ticket anyway. Had the trailer teased more bums and nipples, my mind would have been the same.
Though, obviously I'm not a representative sample for the whole entire world.
