Wazit2u, what program(s) did you use? The layer count is what got me, and the tiny image size.

Thanks, Carpeoccasio. I can manage pixels, but you guys all have me beat when it comes to image manips. I drew the hats in Paint Shop Pro 7, & then pasted 'em into each frame via Animation Shop. (I've got Photoshop CS2, I'm just too lazy to learn how to work it properly, & too comfortable with PSP.)
