Just got back, it was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No other sombreroes...shocking!!! No one in uniform at my showing but a few TOS uniforms in a group in line for the 10pm show. Sorry but my camera crapped out so I could not take any photos of me in my sombrero.The funny part was that I just got a couple of "nice hat" comments, but no one seemed really made a big deal about it. Maybe they just knew the first showing of the new Trek wouls bring in some "uniqueness." Fun crowd, great film. I'm still buzzing.

I do hope you took them off when the movie started.I just got back from the 9:55 show. Lots of uniforms and the theater staff was in costume as well. Lots of fun with some trivia before the movie started and prizes galore.
My short review is that it was a great movie!
We wore our sombreros, but I saw no others...
