I don't have BotF or starfleet command 3. both are now rare and I want them really bad, but they cost a lot now.
Any new info on the game?

Well, we've been waiting since what, '97? So what's a few more months? Hey, it can either be rushed and be crappy, or they can take their time and it can be good.
IMO, that's not the 'problem' at all.. 
It's the promises.. you know.."demo on Saturday", etc. etc.
Then where is it?
(For me it's okay to wait a couple of months, just don't make any promises (if you know you can't keep them)..)

Well that is true, but a better tested game should be worth a short wait.

Yeah, you do raise a good point. If you can't keep the promises, then why make them in the first place? Then again, wasn't there a death in the family of one of the creators? So we can just sit back and wait until all the kinks are worked out. Better a relatively bug free, well-tested game than a rush job.
