Big Brother USA 11 (Spoilers)

If I were Russell I'd be getting nervous right about now. Jeff won the Power of Veto earlier today.

The house breaks down to:

Jeff & Jordan

Russell & Michele

Kevin & Natalie

I think if Michele loses her "partner" Russell, she'll join up with Kevin and Natalie to break up the new power couple. You know the second anyone (other than Jordan) wins HOH they'll try to knock out Jeff.

After the mystery power, throwing the last HOH to Jordan, winning the next HOH, and then winning the POV ~ he's the undeniable threat.

I think Jeff and Jordan are gonna have it tough either way, but I think Russell would be more loyal to them than Michele. Who knows.

The smartest move right now for Jeff and Jordan is as follows:

1) Do not use the veto.
2) Evict Kevin.

Natalie can't win shit.

Russell gains nothing by voting out Jeff next week. All he does is break an alliance and lose two votes (Jeff & Jordan) on a jury where he already doesn't have the two votes already there.

Well, today was the veto ceremony. Jeff used it on Kevin and put up Russell as a replacement...a fight between Russell and Jeff then ensued, with Jordan jumping in for a little while. I've only read about it, haven't seen it, so I look forward to that being on tomorrow night's episode.

I don't know what the right move for Jeff and Jordan was. I don't see why they are trusting Natalie and Kevin, but at the same time if Russell had won HOH he was thinking of putting up Jeff anyway. Still, I think I would have rather sided with Russell for this week and gotten out another of the "other side." Personally I would love to see Natalie gone, but Kevin would probably be the smarter strategic move.

Whatever, it's done now. I don't think Russell will find a way to save himself this week.

Yeah, I'd say Russell is gone. Natalie is annoying but mostly just useless. She's damn-near vestigial in that house. Sooner or later any remaining "need" for her in the house will vanish, she'll fill up with pus, give the house an infection that'll warrant her imediate removal.

She's an ApeNataliex.

:guffaw:

Jeff had his back against the wall, but his move of putting up Russell was just stupid.

Natalie would never have aligned with Russell/Michele, so if Kevin had been evicted, it would've been Jeff/Jordan/Natalie vs. Russell/Michele. Also, Russell wouldn't have turned til four anyways. He had a good chance at HOH either at final four or final three and if Natalie and Michele had been sitting next to him, he probably would have gotten Jeff and Jordan's votes.

All Jeff has done is give Natalie and Kevin another breath to live in this game and screwed himself over even more in a Final Two situation.

So unless Jeff, Jordan, Kevin, Natalie, or Michele goes completely nuts-o in the next 45 minutes, destroying BB property or physically assaulting another houseguest (thereby forcing their eviction) it seems Russell's fate is sealed.

Goodbye Russell. Your verbal outbursts will be sorely missed. Here's hoping you provide some good drama in the jury house.

Rumor has it tonight's HOH challenge will be endurance ~ for reals this time. If so, I'll try to keep the thread updated on the winner.

I now name Jeff and Jordan the stupidest players in BB history.

Why not keep Russell til Final 4?

Because keeping him in the house would be like keeping your genitals in a cougar-trap.

I knew, Natalie would be back on Jessie's cock as soon as she was back in the jury house.

And GOD, Russell is such a jackass.

I like how Jordan titty-bumped Russell.

EDIT

Well, goodby Russel! Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out! What a gigantic misogynistic jackass. He was trying to play a Boogie/Dr. Will/Evil Dick? Well all of them had something he doesn't. Likability with a degree of charsima and charm. Storming around the house yelling and acting like a jackass isn't playing as good a game as those others did. He was trying to goad Jeff? Ha! Jeff played Russell like a piano and remained as calm, cool, and collected as we've seen him under similar pressures. Go Jeff! I hope to see him win this thing.

Go Jeff! I hope to see him win this thing.

I wouldn't mind seeing him in the final two. But he's got a hard road ahead of him. No matter who he's alligned himself with it's clear to everyone (save for Jordan) that if they want to win $500,000 - Jeff has to be evicted.

Endurance Comp Update: It looks like Kevin has this in the bag. He's cup is nearly full, and the closest competition is Michele, who seems too far behind to catch up. Unless Kevin falls and breaks an ankle or something.

+ Random funny quote form Jeff to Jordan after she flopped forward onto her chest in the HOH comp: "Did you pop a boob?"

So Kevin wins HoH. It's about damn time. I was wondering how many times he would come in second.

One thing that interests me is how long him and Natalie will take to back stab Jeff and put him up. If they don't evict him this week and say evict Michele, that means Natalie, who has never come close to winning anything in this game, is supposed to beat Jeff and Jordan in the next HoH, which is about as likely as pigs flying.

It would be dumb game play not to target him, but how long will it take them to realize it?

Actually, what they showed of that fight wasn't entirely accurate. Jeff did say some nasty things as well, like he kept talking about wanting to slit Russell's throat and completely insulting everything about Russell's character. I still like Jeff, but he's no angel.

I actually have started to like Russell lately. It's clear from his diary room sessions and when he's alone that the person he plays in the house isn't the real him. I think what he said in his interview with Julie was pretty accurate - that the arguing and yelling was his strategy, not really a personal thing. He's not my favorite in the house by any means, but I do think that he had some charm to him, and he was certainly entertaining!

I think it's pretty much guaranteed that Kevin will put up Michele and Jeff, though Michele, Jordan, and Jeff think that Jordan will go up instead of Jeff. Natalie and Kevin were flat out lying about the deal to not put up Jeff, and I don't think they'd have any problem getting him out this week. Natalie seems to be leaning towards getting Michele out, but Kevin is definitely going after Jeff.

I think it's pretty much guaranteed that Kevin will put up Michele and Jeff...

And that's exactly what he did. It just made strategic sense to force Michele to fight for her life and use the POV if she won it.

POV SPOILERS

And that's just what happened. Michele won POV and will likely be taking herself off the block, putting Jordan up by default, and bringing about the end of the Jeff/Jordan showmance.

I wonder if Jeff still thinks getting out Russell was the best possible move he could have made. He may say so, but I doubt he really feels that way. There is no way in hell the house will chose to keep Jeff over Jordan. I'm convinced he's a goner. He just made the wrong move last week, that's all.

^^

I feel vindicated. I said it was a bad move to oust Russell when it happened.

It just goes to prove that Jeff got a little bit of power and let it go to his head. At least he got rid of Ronnie and Jessie...

It just goes to prove that Jeff got a little bit of power and let it go to his head.

It's funny you mention that because I was just thinking that's really been the theme of this season. Power has been the downfall for many.

Ronnie: Was doing alright in the game until he became HOH, that's when everything fell apart for him. He overplayed like a mad man and alienated himself beyond repair.

Russell: He was always a little paranoid, but his game got seriously messed up after winning HOH. If Jeff hadn't received America's Power, Russ would have been gone the week after his time in power.

Chima: The taste (and then loss) of being HOH ruined her. She never got over it.

Jeff: He overthrew Chima, ruled during Jordan's run, and then won the week after that. The heat was off of him for too long and lost sight of who his true allies were.

Kevin and Natalie have been doing fairly well by staying out of the way. Michele and Jordan ~ to a lesser degree as well. The only person I'd describe as a "floater" this season is Natalie. But even she made a major play (coming up with the Russell lie) that paid off big time.

Assuming Jeff is gone that leaves: Michele, Jordan, Kevin, and Natalie.

Kevin can't play for HOH so I'd predict it's Jordan and Natalie verses Michele.

If Jordan or Natalie wins the upcoming HOH, it'll be a fluke. I'd guess Michele has the best chance. She'd likely put up Kevin (the next biggest threat) and probably Natalie. As for the POV, who knows?

Question: Of the houseguests left, who do you think has the best chance of winning this thing?

It's SO hard to answer who I think has a chance of winning because it depends entirely on who wins POV next week. I mean, that decides everything. Kevin and Natalie want Michele out next week so Jordan might have a good shot at final 3. Michele would likely take out Kevin. Jordan...I don't know what she'd do, especially without Jeff there to give her advice. She'd go after either Michele or Kevin. No matter what, it all comes back to whoever wins POV. And that could really go to anyone, depending on the type of competition it is.

At this point it looks like Natalie will skate to the final 3 for certain. If Kevin is there with her, they both have a good chance of being the final 2. I think that Michele and Kevin have a 50/50 shot of getting to the final 3 at this point. Jordan will probably make it to final 3.

As for who would win jury votes in the final 2...I think that Natalie would definitely win if she were there, except maybe against Kevin. I could see a tie in that case and America voting for Kevin.

If it were Kevin against Michele/Jordan, Kevin would win.

If it were Michele and Jordan, I think it would be very close, possibly another tie, with Jordan winning America's vote.

So basically, Natalie and Kevin have the best shot of winning in the final 2. But I'm not so sure that they will get there yet. Depends on the POV next week!

Sorry for the double post but this is a new topic I was just thinking of. If next season was an All-Stars season, who would you want to see there?

Although there are tons of people I loved on the first All-Stars, I don't think they should be able to come back for a second one...doesn't seem right somehow.

I chose based on a lot of factors...people who I thought would be good game players and some people who I just liked and feel deserve a second chance. I'm sure some of you will think my choices are a bit strange.

Amy (season 3)
Jack (season 4)
Will Wikle (season 5)
Sarah (season 6)
Dick (season 8)
Eric (season 8)
Jessica (season 8)
Sharon (season 9)
Crazy James (season 9)
Angie (season 10)
Renny (season 10)
Memphis (season 10)
Jeff (season 11)
