It's got to suck to be Natalie this week. Just days ago, she was untouchable. She had the HOH (Chima) in her back pocket. She had her master (Jessie) to protect her. She had never been on the block and her biggest concern in the world was whether Jessie liked Lydia more than her or not.
Now her two biggest allies in the game are gone. Her former nemesis Lydia is her only current friend in the house (accept for Kevin, who I would imagine is going to start to distance himself from the now losing side of the house).
Chima leaving has certainly seemed to throw production for the time being. Normally they would have picked out the POV players by now. The house has been painfully dull. Everyone is sleeping, and the place feels emptier. I know they were planning on reducing the number by Thursday anyway, but that's six days too early.
They can't reintroduce a former houseguest (like Ronnie or Casey) into the game because they weren't put into seclusion. They could potentially bring back Jessie but I think production knows that might piss off viewers more than please them. So things are at a standstill for the time being.
And now for some predictions of things to come:
It'll be interesting to see how this changes alliances. As of last night it seemed to be:
Jeff, Jordan, Michele, and Russell
Against
Chima, Natalie, Lydia, and Kevin.
With Chima gone, if Michele is able to replace her nominee with either Lydia or Kevin, I would imagine Natalie (assuming she failed to win POV) would be evicted on Thursday. That would make the alliances stand at:
Jeff, Jordan, Michele, and Russell
Against
Lydia and Kevin
The former offbeats may convince Jeff/Jordan/Michele to get rid of Russell before them. But then I would think Lydia and Kevin would go shortly afterward. That leaves:
Jeff, Jordan, Michele
If Jeff or Jordan wins the final competition they would take each other to the final two. If Michele won, I would imagine she would take Jordan.
Just guessing.
