Big Brother 10

Too funny!!

My husband said, "I'd bet anything that Jerry gets HoH!" And he was right. Hilarious!

^
Oh, I love it! In terms of interesting game dynamics, it could not have gone any better. Watching Jerry get put up for eviction ~ again ~ only to go home this time, wouldn't have made for riveting television.

Now we get to watch the foursome turn on each other one week early. And trust me, they are going to rip. each. other. apart.

The house guests seem to believe BB will be bringing a contestant back into the game this week. But there's no chance of that. Big Brother season 10 will be wrapping up too soon for that.

  • Jerry nominated Dan and Keesha for eviction.
  • Jerry made a deal to go to the final two with Memphis.
  • Memphis has no intention of doing this.
  • If Memphis or Dan wins POV, Renny gets put up as the replacement nominee and goes home.
  • If Memphis or Dan loses POV, Dan goes home.

That's all for now!

^ Actually not, here's the POV update! The winner is:

Memphis! So it looks like Dan's off the hook, and Reeny's in deep sh!t. So the question is ~ who's going home? Renny or Keesha? My guess is Renny. Thoughts?

Keesha's laugh makes me want to stick stale pixie-sticks in my ears.

The conversation between Renny, Memphis and Dan regarding the time/time zones was great.

Well:

It looks like, as predicted, Memphis took Dan off the block and Jerry put Renny up in his place. I suspect the laughing drunken hyena will be the out ousted.

^ Hmmmmm. I don't know. My guess is that...

...Renny will be going. Keesha's biggest ally (after Renny) is Memphis, so I have a feeling he'd pick her to stay. Dan may also see Renny as having more friends in the jury, so he'll probably vote to evict her as well. And even if he did see Keesha as the bigger threat, he wouldn't go against Memphis' wishes.

I love Renny but chick is a dingbat sometimes.

She didn't see Jerry in that frightening baby pictue?

^ Renny obviously should have been wearing glasses for that one. It's the only logical explanation I can think of for her not recognizing Jerry in that baby. :wtf:

So I guess Renny's fate is pretty much sealed. But on the bright side:

WE GET TO SEE THE JURY HOUSE ON THURSDAY!!!!!!!!! :D

Bitter Libra + Bitter April + Bitter Michelle = Gooooood TV! I swear, if I had the choice of continuing to watch the live feeds in the BB house or watching the jury members, I'd totally pick the jury house! At least we will get an update on all of the JH juiciness! :techman:

I'm definitely looking forward to the jury house as well. It's one of my favorite parts of this show. And this year we've got some seriously bitchy people in that house.

It's really too bad about Renny...I wish there was some way they would decide to keep her and get rid of Keesha, but that's highly unlikely. I actually liked Keesha at first, but after seeing how she acted as HOH I was turned off of her. She talked constantly about how she was such a good person who never talked about people behind their back's and just hated having to play this game. She got pretty cocky. Of course she never failed to gossip about April to Libra, or vice versa. Plus her laugh is really irritating me.

At this point I'm pretty much rooting for Memphis to win, though if Dan took it I wouldn't be disappointed. I would like to see Memphis win HOH next week and oust Jerry.

I'm rooting for Dan, once again, Memphis has already won something.

Keesha? Chick has a great rack. About the only thing going for her, though she needs to win so, I guess, she can afford to get a damn bridge built!

Goodbye Renny. Your eviction may have been as exciting as watching Jerry pick his nose, but you'll be missed all the same.

Initially I was surprised at Renny's longevity. But it didn't take long to realize she was being kept around simply because she was a non-player who would vote with the majority. And besides her HOH win, she really didn't pose as any kind of a threat ~ so it made sense to keep her around.

And equally unsurprising was Dan's HOH win. Hmmmmmm. Let me guess how this week is going to play out:

  • Dan puts up Jerry and Keesha.
  • Dan or Memphis wins POV.
  • The nominations stay the same.
  • Jerry gets evicted on Thursday and is sent to the JH.
And just for fun, I'll do next week too!

  • Next Thursday the three remaining house guests start part one of the three part HOH competition.
  • Memphis/Dan wins part one of three.
  • Dan/Memphis wins part two of three.
  • Dan wins part three of three.
  • Dan chooses to evict Keesha and take Memphis to the final two.
  • Jury Votes. Memphis wins BB10. And Dan walks away with his $20,000 from being America's Player and adds $50,000 for second place. Plus the $10,000 stipend for being a contestant.
And at some point Julie Chen will say "But First" during a live eviction show.

Who here doesn't think it'll go that way?

I think you've got the first part done right, I'm just not sure Memphis will win the show. People in the past have won despite "dirty gameplay" because they played the game. Dan could likely win on that.

Look at Dr. Will and Evil Dick. Both winners, both scheming players who annoyed and/or pissed off everyone in the house. Plus the fact that Memphis has already won something.

Dan could likely win.

But, I do think he and Memphis will be the "Final Two."

Sounds about right. The only thing that could "ruin" this plan is if Keesha or Jerry wins POV this week. Hey, it could happen. Whoever wins POV this week basically chooses who to evict (unless they're HOH), so imagine if the person choosing was Jerry. Memphis would have to be put up and he'd be out of there. Either way I think it's extremely likely that Dan will go to the final two.

The winner of the Luxury Comp is:

Dan.

Rumor has it the winner gets to:
Leave the BB house and spend the day being pampered on a private beach. Also rumored, Dan gets to invite a jury member to join him. He supposedly could have chosen a house guest, but went for a jury member instead. The jury member might be Michelle. He told the other house guests he could have taken one of them, but chose to go by himself to avoid favoritism. As far as I know, he didn't tell anyone in the house about the 'jury guest' option.

Also the nominations were today. And Dan put:

Jerry

and

Memphis

up on the block.

Huh? :wtf:

This is Dan's second time as HOH. And his second time putting up Memphis. I guess Dan did this to get on Keesha's good side. I'm not sure what his thought process was on this one.

Wow. THAT is shocking!

Not sure what to say on that, totally unexpected. But, then again, with the bloc between the three of them only the obvious has anything to worry about.

Obviously his selection for the fromer is in an attempt to maybe try and to mend bridges.

^ It think you're right in that it's a pretty safe bet...

...Jerry will go home this week.

But Dan is placing an awful amount of trust in...

...Keesha. If she wins the POV, she'll have to keep the noms the same because there's no one else to put up but her! And she'll have the one and only vote to evict either Memphis or Jerry.

Dan must be pretty confident that Keesha will not win POV. Or if she does, that she'll keep the renegades together and oust Jerry. But who knows what her crazy mind might decide!

But its equally possible that Jerry could win POV for the third time this season. He'd take himself off, Keesha would go up, and he'd vote to evict Memphis. So it really all comes down to Dan and Memphis winning POV. But if Dan wins POV, will he take down Memphis (again)? I'd think so. But yeah, odd stuff.

Yeah, I kind of don't like it when it comes down to the end and the only thing that really matters anymore is POV. One competition decides the entire direction of the game.

I really hope Jerry leaves this week. He gets more irritating every moment I see him.

It makes absolutely no difference who gets put on the block. No matter who is on the block the POV winner, unless it's Dan, decides who goes home. This is the point in the game where the HOH has the least amount of power. The only power Dan actually has is that he is guaranteed to go to the final three.

P O V spoiler:

Memphis won the PoV. So either Jerry or Keesha will be evicted this week. And Memphis gets the only vote. So its his call.
