Big Brother 10

^Interesting. I wonder why they wouldn't want us to know about Libra picking Jerry.

Well its certainly been a dramatic week in the house. Jerry is just stupid. He is obsessed with the fact that Dan "betrayed" him, yet other players have betrayed him and he doesn't seem to care nearly as much. Libra and Keesha basically betrayed him by going for Jessie last week as well. Jerry is taking things way to personally and doesn't really seem to "get" the game that everyone else is playing. I hope Memphis wins HOH and gets him out somehow.

Who will win? That's such a tough question for this game. Everything changes so quickly that it really could be anyone. I think that Michelle and Memphis have a good chance of winning. So does Renny if she keeps quiet. But really, it all comes down to whoever wins that last HOH competition. It seems to always come down to two people who have been in a close alliance for a long time, and a third person who doesn't get along with them at all. One of the alliance members wins and the third person goes home. That person was usually the one I wanted to win most, and the final two end up being two people I can't stand. Happens every season.

Well probably to no one's surprise Libra was voted out tonight, unaminously.

Renny won HoH.

Jerry needs to go.

Libra, Libra, Libra, don't let the door hit ya in da ass! Ding dong the witch is dead!!!!!! :techman:

Now that I have that out of my system, on to official business....

Renny made her nominations for eviction and they are:

April

and

Jerry

Interesting pairing, but there you have it! "Renny week" could prove really interesting if the POV gets used. Let's hope for some good drama. The nom's for this week won't go down without a (verbal) fight!

They had the POV comp late last night. It involved a large snake! Anyway the winner of the POV is....

Dan. Looks like that little shit actually decided to start playing the damn game. I think he knew his ass could go up as a replacement nominee, so he mixed things up by trying to win for once. From what I've heard, he plans on keeping the noms the same so April can make her exit this week.

More to come later on, including my new prediction for winner of BB10 and house guests listed from favorite to least favorite. :techman:

So are HB and I the only ones still watching this show?

;)

I hope to hell Jerry gets the boot this time around. I'm sick of him. I liked him at first but he's really turned out to be a mean, terrible, old man.

Heh, well, I'm in a different country now but I try and keep up on youtube, but it's just not the same. But, yeah, I hope Jerry goes - though I wouldn't mind April being booted.

I halfway watch with my hubby. Sometimes I watch the whole episode, sometimes not.

I was happy when Jessie left. But Michelle's still in there and I can only stomach her for so long at a time. She's terribly annoying, looks like a poodle and when she talks my ears bleed. I have to admit though, as a Southern, country girl who can't STAND girly girls, I was impressed at her eating crickets and pig ears. :bolian:

I hope Jerry goes home too. I wanted to like him but he's really an asshole.

The biggest surprise to me is how much I like Dan.

I really like Michelle, she's got spunk and I kind of like her accent.

Word. Jerry is just a big old asshole.

The biggest surprise to me is how much I like Dan.

Same. He's a lot of fun. I think his "America's Player" stint harmed in the house, hopefully he'll be able to turn things around on that in the weeks he's not put-up to change all of their minds. I'd like to see him win but he's got his name highlighted right now.

Hello everyone! It's been a surprisingly (and somewhat disappointingly) tame week in the BB house. The production team must have noticed this as well, since the storage room has had a suspiciously generous amount of 'liquid courage' this week. Even buzzed, the house guests don't seem interested in fighting. Who knew all of the wonderfully entertaining bitchiness would exit the house with Libra?

Oh BB, don't make me start missing Libra! I couldn't take that! Hopefully a small twist will occur to create some resemblance of drama in the house. And not the whole "America's Player" for a week crap either, something good this time!

I know the theme for this season has been "going back to basics" but that doesn't mean it has to be as twist-free and painfully predictable as it has been. I doubt they'll bring anyone back in the game, (in fact I expect a double eviction week or two coming up), but they could do something!

Its just sad that the most exciting event that occurred in the BB house this season was an earthquake!

On the plus side, casting this season was top notch! These people really are an interesting bunch, even when they aren't going at each-other's throat! Here is my list of the 8 house guests ordered from (1 = favorite to 8 = least favorite).

Enjoy.

1) Michelle!!! Big surprise, I know. But my love for Michelle comes from how much freaking fun she is to watch on the live feeds. Whether she's pleased or pissed, she's entertaining as hell. And BB10 would be less without her. Also, she's playing a smart game (post-Jessie). She's befriended everyone, playing the social bunny, but she's managed to keep a fairly small target on her back. Not bad for someone with a huge personality.

2) Renny. Talk about a turn around. She went from unbearable loud-mouth, to bearable loud-mouth in the period of two weeks. Almost every player in this game has said at one point or another, "I'm no fool, I see what's going on in this game." But unlike everyone else she actually does see peoples true intentions in this game! I would love to see her in the final two! Finger's crossed!

3) Ollie. No, that's not a typo. I've been really harsh with the showmance this season, only cause it makes me a little ill to watch. But Ollie free from April, is actually kinda funny. He's hid shamelessly behind April's shadow, but its worked. There is a reason he wasn't put up on the block this week. Because he's painted himself as completely likable and non-threating. And he has a real shot at coasting to the final four.

4) Keesha. Smart player. Not all that entertaining, but smart. She's tight with Renny. And she's tight with Memphis. Who in turn is tight with Dan. She's probably in the most secure position in the house. She'll go far, unless someone like Ollie or Jerry gets HOH, and sees her for the very real threat that she is. Ultimately, Keesha is someone who will probably make it to the final three, but who neither one of the remaining house guests will want to take to the final two.

5) Memphis. The guy won a car within the first hour of being in the house. He's as slick as Brian and possibly as physically threating as Jessie, yet has magically stayed out of harm's way (save for April's reign as HOH), using nothing but his charm. Like Keesha, he is in a good position in the house. He has Keesha, Dan, and Michelle in his back pocket. Only Renny and April seem to get what a threat he is in this game. But even Renny didn't dare to make an enemy of him.

6) April. Bitchy....sometimes. Crazy.....perhaps. Fun to watch.....on hell yes. I think everyone pretty much knows April's a goner this week. But her time in the house has been undeniably entertaining. She's clueless as to how she comes across on camera, which is perfect for reality TV. Her shamelessness in this game has been what BB is all about. She puts "guilty" into "guilty-pleasure." Goodbye April. Oddly enough, you will be missed.

Plus, I cannot wait to see the jury house with Libra and April alone together for a whole week! That's where the drama is gonna be! Catfight!

7) Jerry. Old. He has won a couple POV's (and came damn close to winning his third this week) but has otherwise played a floaters game. He takes things too personally, which has seriously hurt his standing in this game. Plus, if I have to watch him pick his nose one more time......

8) Dan. I know, I know, he's everyone's favorite. Hell, I even voted for him to become AP. But that's where everything went wrong. He's become cocky as hell. Jessie level cocky. But at least Jessie had some wins to back up his inflated ego. Dan is just a skinny slimeball who thinks he is liked more than he actually is. Plus, he's dull. Whenever I turn on the feeds, he's just laying there. All he does is talk about his girlfriend Monica. "Oh, I miss Monica! I wonder what Monica is doing right now? Monica's name is Monica. I love me some Monica. Monica, Monica, Monica!!!!!" Loser.

If that wasn't enough, here is my prediction for the final two: Memphis and Dan. Yes, I think we'll have a repeat of Bro's before Ho's.

And I know waaaay back on page one I may have guessed that Memphis would be the first to go, so you may take my guess with a grain of salt. But I'm confident those guys are in the best position to make it to the final two. I guess we'll find out soon enough. Thanks for reading!

RIP April. At least she and Ollie managed to squeeze in one last...well you know...before her departure. With a very much awake Jerry in the room!

As for the new HOH ~ it was a long battle, but the winner ended up being:

Dan. I suppose that's what I get for putting him in last place on my 'favorites' list. ;)

Interesting new HOH, probably the last person I expected. Thank goodness April is gone. While she was entertaining at times, the thing with Ollie was really icky. And she seems to have no self-awareness. It will interesting to see her get along with Libra...

So the new HOH made his nominations for eviction this week, and all I have to say is:

What the F*%K?!?!

I didn't see these coming! Well, one of them anyway. The nominee's for this week are...

...Old man Jerry...

and

...Greatest ally Memphis!

I gotta say, big props to the new HOH for making things interesting this week. :techman:

Looks like another late night POV tonight, so I'll probably have the winner of that for you all in the morning!

Dammit! I should've posted my predictions! That's exactly who I thought he would put up! Memphis because Memphis has already won something and Jerry because Jerry is done burning bridges in the house and has gone on to burning the ASHES of the bridges he has burned!

Incredible!

I KNEW it!

Wow. The hubby and I are both shocked by that. I guess he decided to really shake things up, huh?

False alarm on the POV last night. The house guests were on lock-down in the house all evening (which usually means a late night comp) but not this time.

I've discovered that the HOH's real target this week is neither one of his/her nominees for eviction. We are looking at the strong possibility of another backdooring this week. Nearly everyone seems jazzed to backdoor...

....Michelle :(....

...this week. The votes are there to evict if the plan works.

So if any of these house guests win the POV:

Memphis (since he's on the block)

Keesha

Renny (since she's afraid to cross Keesha)

Dan

Jerry (since he's on the block)

~ 'You know who' will be put up as a replacement nominee and backdoored. I only hope 'you know who' gets selected to play in the POV, since its "you know who's" only chance to stay in the game.

Looks like the HOH wasn't looking to shake things up after all.

The POV players have been selected, and it appears the competition is going on as I type this! Thankfully the house guest who everyone wants backdoored...

...Michelle.

Was selected to play by...
...Jerry.

The odds aren't great for this lone house guest [five against one], but crazier things have happened!

I'll let you all know who won the POV as soon as the feeds come back on!

^ You dirty, dirty, man!

The winner of the POV is....

Memphis. And I'll take a huge guess here and assume he's going to use it to take himself off the block! Which means operation backdoor Michelle is in full swing.

I really, really like Dan, he's playing a really good and interesting game.

I kind of wonder if him and Memphis didn't conspire to ensure Memphis won the POV so that he can get taken off the block.

Hope Dan wins!

The POV took place earlier today and the POV winner

Memphis, shockingly ;), took himself off the block

and

Michelle was put up as the replacement nominee. Poor thing knows that her game is over.

Apparently there has been a great deal of fighting today in the BB house. I've missed all of it due to life away from the computer. But I look forward to seeing the battles on CBS this week! :techman:

Already knew Memphis won POV (I wonder if "somehow" Dan and him conspired to arrange for Memphis to win POV/increase his chances. So did Ollie put up Michelle? I thought he wanted to protect her. Or did Dan not honor his agreement with Ollie?
