Big Brother 10

Ooooh. Nice turn in action - just wish that Memphis was going. He's been nowhere near as entertaining as Jessie, except his explosion at Jerry a few weeks ago when he got called a woman hater.

^ The funny thing is, if April knew what was gonna happen come Thursday, she totally would have had...

...Jerry take down Jessie, so she could put up Renny, Keesha, or even Libra in his place ~ practically guaranteeing that Memphis would go home. But as of now, April has no clue they're sharpening the knife to stab her in the back!

Well, we can only hope there's a major flip in the numbers. It's up to the floaters. And whilst I could see Dan going with anyone as long as he survives (and, given both Jessie and Memphis are physical threats) then I'd think it was up in the air. Jerry dislikes Memphis because of him supposedly being a sexist - so he'll vote Memphis.

Dan is pretty much the wildcard in this vote. He'll make or break it.

Well, if it makes you feel any better, I'm male.

Not a lot.

I've still encounter many-a woman in my time who's fawmed over the hunky db just because he has a good body even though he's going to treat her (and treats everyone else) like dirt.

The solution to that, my friend, would be to try and work out and get yourself a body that women are going to fawn over.

Dan doesn't even have a vote this week! Well, not really. America will tell him who he wants out and....
...since America told Dan to campaign against Jessie to go up on the block, chances are America will vote to evict Jessie. But who knows, maybe Memphis will manage to really piss-off BB viewers before Thursday! ;)

In doing that, I'd be losing what is me.
Indeed. Don't fall for it Trekker, I'm a woman and the overly buff thing does absolutely nothing for me. It's just a preference thing, I just feel like men who work out that much couldn't possibly be interested in anything but themselves. I know that's not true of all body builders (love ya Rama), but most of the ones I've known have been sickeningly narcissistic. Jessie never even had to open his mouth, I couldn't stand him when I laid eyes on him and I was right.

Thanks KK.

Awwww. Come on Big Brother. Don't make me like Jessie.

He was actualy kind of... "nice" and tolerable when dealing with what's his name "crying" over his girl and dealing with Michelle and her problems with the unitard.

His db side still shows many times but, man he came across kind of "nice" a couple of times tonight.

I was talking to my mom on the phone when my hubby was watching tonight so I kind of half watched. My husband said something that cracked me up but was also very true...he said, "This is the angriest group ever to be in the house".

Tonight is the night!

April, Ollie, Jessie, Michelle, and Jerry think they have Dan's vote to evict Memphis.

Renny, Keesha, Libra, and Memphis think they have Dan's vote to evict Jessie.

Dan has promised his vote to both groups. And of course, America has decided which way he'll go.

I fully expect Dan's vote will be to evict Jessie. Which is too bad, because as Trekker4747 recently discovered, Jessie is actually kind-of......nice. There I said it. He's self-centered as hell, sure! The editors have been really unkind to him. And of course, his diary room sessions have not helped his cause. But he's good at his core.

He's been so sweet to Michelle (my new favorite player post-Angie) this week. He even wore his green uni from the flower veto comp, just to make her feel better. He's not nearly as nasty 'comments wise' as Libra, or even Jerry! So, I'll be sad to see him go.

Plus, the smug look on Libra's face is gonna be more than I can handle! I want her out this week soooo bad!

In other news, the house guests were kept up all last night with loud shout-outs blaring from the speakers. So I expect nerves to be at an all time high for tonights HOH.

More to come later....

Well tonight was certainly an awesome and entertaining turn of events. I feel sad to see Jessie go, because he wasn't that bad of a guy and because I prefer the alliance he's in. However, it was great to see the "big alliance" start to turn on each other. Usually that doesn't happen until later in the game. It's nice to see some players who aren't afraid to shake things up. Poor Jessie though...he is so pissed at Dan for "betraying" him. So imagine how bad he will feel on the Early Show tomorrow when Julie reveals that it was actually America that wanted him out. I'd be crushed!

And how great is it that Michelle won HOH? It's just perfect. I've begun to like her the most out of all the houseguests. She really did deserve to win, especially after how hard she played the HOH competition last week. I'm sure she has a bone to pick with the people who voted out Jessie. The real question is, will she put most of the blame for his departure on Dan, or on Keesha and Libra? I don't have the feeds or After Dark so I can't really get a feel for this. Hopefully it's on Keesha and Libra, because they are annoying as hell and it would be AWESOME to see Libra get bitch slapped this week.

I also wonder how April will react to what has just occurred. I wonder how much she will cling to Michelle and abandon her old alliance, or if she will do something else entirely.

RIP JESSIE.

But on to bigger and better things....Michelle flippen' won HOH!!!!!!!!!! That was the best possible outcome in my mind! When it came down to Michelle and Libra (or as I like to call it "Good vs Evil"), I freaked a little. I could not of handled Libra winning. But thankfully, she lost. Michelle won. And all is right in the world. :techman:

Now, as for who Michelle put up:
Libra (yay!) and Keesha.

Power of Veto is tomorrow, and I'll make sure to post the results. I imagine this will be a pretty good week in the Big Brother house.

Watched last night on DVR. (It was pre-empted Thurs. for the Chiefs game and re-aired at like 1 AM or something like that.)

Anyway: Good-bye Jessie! You came out better in my eyes twoards the end there but, still, you're a bit of a himbo-DB. See, ya!

Michelle winning HoH? Most awesome thing ever! And I must say she wears the unitard pretty well.

^ I agree. Red is a flattering color on Michelle. ;)

Okay, so the POV players have been selected. Along with Michelle the HOH, the two nominees:

Libra and Keesha

The other players competing for the golden power are:

Memphis, April, and Jerry (chosen by Libra as her house guest's choice :wtf:). Ollie will be hosting.

The house guests believe the theme may have something to do with money, based on the wake-up music that was played this morning. We'll see.

I'll make sure to update on the POV winner!

UPDATE! The winner of the POV is:

Jerry! I imagine Libra is kicking herself for picking the POV king! It's not clear if he plans on using it, but my guess would be not. Bye Bye Libra!

The Power of Veto ceremony took place earlier today, and the POV winner...

Jerry

...chose to...

NOT use the power of veto. The interesting thing is, apparently he used the ceremony as an opportunity to trash Dan in front of everyone. From what I hear, it made Jerry look really bad, and actually created a great deal of sympathy for Dan.

I think it's time to make this thread a little more, interactive. By that I mean, I want everyone here (all three of you ;)) to post who you think will win Big Brother 10. Place your bets!

Well, I try not to post in this thread between the Sunday and Tuesday episodes because I don't want to know who won POV. The buttons are right there...so tempting! I'll post more of what I think after tonight's episode.

Two things about tonight's interesting editing:

1) When they were selecting players for the veto comp, Libra chose Jerry
as her 'contestants choice.' His name wasn't on the chip as the shows
editors were suggesting.

2) When Jerry was giving his response to Dan's comments during their feast, he called Dan out for being America's Player. Dan neither confirmed nor denied it, but he did have a big 'you got me' grin on his face. He did everything but wink at them.

Of course, the editors don't want the viewers to know all of the house guests have figured out the season's big (lame) twist. So, there you have it. They all know.
