Watched an old Barney miller last night, which certainly had a laugh track. The topic was a wife accusing her husband of rape for forcing her when she wasn't interested. This was in the trend of 70s sitcoms to tackle serious subjects within a comedic framework. most inappropriate laugh track EVER!

Poor Sheldon...he didn't want to go on vacation to Hawaii because that's where the disappointing finale to Lost was filmed.
