It's an ages-old love triangle as everyday teenager Archie Andrews is constantly torn between and bouncing in relationships between Betty Cooper and Veronica Lodge.

Betty Cooper is the blonde middle-class girl who's had a crush on Archie since grade school and is always trying to woo him. Almost to stalker-like porportions where she has a shrine dedicated to him in her bedroom and, much to her father's dismay, a shower-poster with Archie's image printed on it. Betty mostly seems happy just having Archie in her home where she can cook meals for him and treat him like a king.

Then theres the other girl.

Veronica Lodge. Veronica Lodge is the daughter to the rich Mr. Lodge and has had her own share of rollercoaster relationships with Archie but their relationship is very different than the one he has/had with Betty. Veronica is always "taxing" ( :wink: :wink: :nudge: :nudge: ) Archie's wallet as her demands for dates and gifts are pretty high. She's also pretty demanding and complete bitch. One almost wonders what she is doing in public school and is friends with so many "poor" kids.

I pick Veronica, for three reasons:

1. For this to be a balanced thread, somebody has to.

2. I prefer brunettes.

3. The OP weighted the question in Betty's favor, guaranteeing a skewed result. There wasn't even an attempt to find something good to say about Veronica. Betty's nice, Veronica's a bitch, right? Well, the fact is that while Veronica can be shallow, She's not the type to burn money in a homeless person's face and laugh while he sobs, and while it may seem strange that she deigned to go to a public school with the poor kids, she did go and she did make real friends there. (Let's face it: when they're not competing for Archie's affection, who's the best friend Betty has there?) I say there must be something to her besides her money and looks that Archie sees, or he'd have latched onto Betty for good ages ago.

So, Veronica.
