Best Line in Voyager!!!

From "Shattered" I've always loved "This is the day the telepathic pitcher plant put us all into comas" because it's an impossible line and kudos to Beltran for delivering it with a straight face.

Tuvok, in Scientific Method, when an unusually irate Janeway is grousing to Tuvok about the lack of crew discipline:

"Shall I have them flogged as well?" :guffaw:

I'm watching Basics II right now:
"I must be the only Indian in the universe that can't start a fire by rubbing two sticks together."

:wtf: When was this show written? :)

I think this is Voyager writers making fun of themselves

["The Q and the Grey"]
Q: Is it the tatoo, because mine's bigger?
Janeway: Not big enough.

Basically everything she says in what I call the "Kate and PetruQio" scene before that in her quarters ranks too ("I beat out a single-celled organism...," "As far as you're concerned I'm impossible to get," and so forth).

[tries to remember as much as she can about the pon farr song] "Tuvok, I understand you are a Vulcan man, and you have gone without for seven years about. Paris, please find a way to load the hypospray. I will give you the sign, just aim for his behind. Hormones are raging, synapses blazing. It's all so very... [repitition and melisma on the word "illogical"]."

I feel like I'm missing parts, but I only saw that episode one day about two months ago (even though I watched that part four times or so).

May I loved "Delete the wife." I also loved Chakotay's observations on the bridge. "I couldn't help but notice that he was a few centimeters taller than the last time I saw him." The whole gag about Michael in a tree...

I loved it in Basics when Tom was trying to reach the talaxians and he ran into the Kazon ship and he kept saying "I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS!!!!!!" i couldnt help but laugh

Neelix to Seven about having children:

Neelix:"It might be nice to have a little 7.5 running around."

Seven gives Neelix a cold hard look

Neelix: "..or...or..or..or..not."

^^
I find this line really funny, because think back to the first-season episode Emanations. At the end of that episode, Captain Janeway told Ensign Kim to take some time off to reflect and process what had happened to him, because it was something that was so far beyond the pale of normal human experience. (I'm afraid I don't remember the exact line.)

How quickly we become jaded in Starfleet!

Janeway to Seven in "Virtuoso":

"It's not sabotage, it's fan mail."

and earlier in Sickbay, to these aliens:

"Please try to bear with our deficencies a little longer."

I love the way she delivers that line... :guffaw:

Come to think of it the Doctor had some reallypriceless lines in the 7 year run.

For some reason I always found this part from Journeys end funny:

Doctor: Klingon labor has been known to last for several days, even weeks in some cases..

Torres: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Doctor: Of course im sure that wont be the case here.

Just the timing, lines and facial expressions were priceless.

I still think the best line comes from auditions, rather than the show proper.

Picardo: "Someone forgot to turn off my program. I'm a Doctor, not a light bulb."
