The Tholian Web.
Day of the Dove.

They are far and away the best eps and the most like the second season, yet with their own third season feel.

Day of the Dove just misses the cut. This poll was a little difficult. Even though there are only about five or six really good episodes this season, I like them all about the same, so cutting it down to three wasn't easy. Those are the ones I'd be most likely to rewatch.
