Silik. I thought he was well portrayed by John Fleck.

If we're counting Degra then I have to throw in a vote for him too -he was a well fleshed out character, and Randy Oglesby turned in some great performances.

Definitely Arik Soong. A tragic, sophisticated villain with a sense of his own purpose. It was watching him that convinced me that ENT had finally found its legs (that trilogy being the first ENT episodes I'd seen since 'Stigma').

Miror Hoshi is the one that surprised me the most and that is something that does not happen often.

The Xindi, imo, as a race were probably the most fleshed out villains on ENT. They were also the most difficult to "defeat."
