Mr. Baxley died on 4 March 2011. Always got a kick out of seeing his very noticeable combed-over hairstyle when he was doubling Shatner.

I'm glad you folks found it useful. I created it over a year ago... then got sidetracked and forgot about it. Also, Google changed their free hosting system, so I'm not sure if I can get back in there and finish the job. Will have to give it a try, though.
