Batman-Superman Film in the works?

FYI: Akiva Goldsman, who co-wrote Batman Forever and single-handedly wrote Batman & Robin, revised the Batman Vs. Superman script by Andrew Kevin Walker. Goldsman also wrote I Am Legend, and came up with the idea to reference the failed, abandoned film as a joke to fans.

 

I can't believe someone see as movie poster in a movie and thinks it might mean a movie is really being made.
