BATMAN..SHAZAM..and BLACK ADAM??? WOW!!

Not this week, but next week, BATMAN BRAVE/BOLD is going to have SHAZAM, and BLACK ADAM on!!! God I hope they do another knock out job on this one. This season of B/B has been as good as any JLU season, IMO. B/B seems to have hit its stride!!!...

I have been suggesting a SUPERHERO forum for years. I think we talk about superhero stuff on this site far more than we do LOST or nuBSG/CAPRICA.

Yep...though, to be sure, in the write up in TV GUIDE they referred to him as Shazam too....

Not really. Shazam is the name of the old wizard who gave Captain Marvel his powers, and for copyright reasons, it's usually the name of the comic book where Captain Marvel appears.

It's like calling Batman "Detective Comics".

And that's great, but ultimately you have to work with the forums we have. And while I get that the line between TV & Media and Sci Fi & Fantasy gets blurred sometimes, I see far too many "oops" threads from you in TV & Media that really belong in Sci Fi & Fantasy. I'll be shipping this one and the Smallville ones off to that forum, but in the future, I'll probably have just shut the threads down. Just play by the rules and try to stick to the correct forums, okay? Thanks.

Unfortunately there have been some last-minute scheduling changes and The Brave and the Bold is going into repeats for the next three weeks. The schedule is now:

Feb 12 - "Revenge of the Reach!" (repeat)
Feb 19 - "Aquaman's Outrageous Adventure!" (repeat)
Feb 26 - "The Golden Age of Justice!" (repeat)

Based on past scheduling, new episodes will probably resume on March 5 with "The Super-Batman of Planet X!" (with a voice cast that includes Kevin Conroy, Dana Delaney and Clancy Brown!) and then "The Power of Shazam!" on March 12 and "Chill of the Night!" (with Kevin Conroy as the Phantom Stranger, Mark Hamill as the Spectre, Adam West as Thomas Wayne, and Julie Newmar as Martha Wayne) on March 19.

Chill? As in Joe Chill? Wow! Sounds like they're revisiting the origin story, something that's rarely been depicted in animation. I wonder if we'll finally get Batman referred to as Bruce Wayne. Or even see his face, though I doubt that'll happen.

And the casting is marvelous.
