So yeah, last November or so I decided I'm not gonna feel all shitty and do something about it. So I went on a diet. And I gotta admit, for the first six months or so I did pretty much no exercising. It's always been really hard for me to do that kinda stuff. Anyway, as for the diet. I actually still ate really well. I was never hungry or anything. I just really cut down on things like bread, pasta and potato. I also pretty much stopping drinking soft drinks. And I always had really light dinners.
So that got rid of about 55 pounds in the first six months. After that I realized that just loosing weight isn't gonna be enough. I also wanted to get in shape. So about a month ago I started exercising. I do at least 30 minutes every day, sometimes up to an hour. Since then I've been feeling even better (I think that when I was just on a diet I lost a bit too much muscle). So yeah I'm super happy with the whole thing. I still wanna loose some more weight, plus I wanna gain some more muscle.
I've also changed my perspective on life and such. So I'm feeling good about myself.
