your place, less so in europe - the guy who really got it nearly right was michael londsdale as claude lebel in the day of the jackal (and that's not the nonsensical remake but the real one)
of course all the other 'french' people in the clip are quite unfrench but he tried (in the german dubbed version they guy who spoke him had a french accent

Lovely actor, always great to watch, and in my humble opinion, delivered a delectably droll Bond villain.
All of which makes me think USS Drax is possibly not the greatest name for a starship, considering how his space-borne ambitions ended up.
