Bacon. Streaky or back, it doesn't matter. I love the stuff, and its good anywhere. Short of burning it to unrecognizable strips of charcoal, you can't really fuck it up.

Sausage, on the other hand, you're never really sure. Some places only have the patties - no thanks. Some places have the links, but they're those brown-n-serve, rubbery, skinless monstrosities. Also no thanks. Rarely anymore do you find the links with the natural casings. If and when I do, though, I'll get both. And I'll dip both in the pancake syrup.

That's just how I roll.
