Speaking from my own experience, I drew a sci-fi webcomic in the 00s, and if I were given another chance I’d just start with the concepts that worked, ditch the ones that didn’t and rebuild everything else. If that’s what JMS is doing I’m very interested.

We have no idea when or even if the Minbari war happens in this one.Would think they would have some 30 something to be at least veterans of the Minbari War.
Shazad Latif? Ugh.. no please, was annoying as hell in Discovery.

There's an impulse, in life and art, to revisit stuff you loved making before, an "If I knew then what I know now..." type thing. And sometimes it happens. Books like The Hobbit. Even on a technical level, there's stuff like elements of Return of the Jedi being a deliberate second bite at the apple of Star Wars, or, closer to home, Babylon 5 doing the Battle of the Line in season one, and then doing it again in season five.

Stargate: SG1
Stargate: Atlantis
Stargate: Universe
