B5: What untold stories would you like to see?

David's story was in one of the novels:

Basically, the guys go to Centauri Prime and kill the Drakh who spawned David's keeper. This causes the keeper itself to die as well.

It would have been great to see David's and Londo's story on Cenauri Prime onscreen. It's really something they should have filmed. But they still can do it.

Crusade also, I want to see what happens with the Shadow Tech.

The telepath war and the dilgar war are two really interesting stories, which i could see to be made.

While the shadow war a thousand years ago (probably not the first, but every knowledge of the one before that has vanished with the younger races involved in that one ) or the rise of the Centauri Empire would be interesting stories indeed, the lack of human characters would scare the people, who have to give the money for the project, too much.

I'd still like to know how Earth was cured...I know that storyline was supposed to wrap up in season two in Crusade, but I'm still curious how it was going to happen.

The only untold story i really care about is Crusade. You get enough bits and pieces of the Telepath War and get the full lowdown on what happens to Bester in the Psi Core books, so I really think that story would be anticlimactic.

I want to see the story of a brave little Nightwatch Agent trying to take down the Babylon Five Command staff as they move towards secession.

I think JMS said there would initially be a false cure, possibly from the group that have been messing around with shadow tech and that the Excalibur would find the real cure but be labelled renegades in the process. One assumes though, they'd be able to use it to cure the Zanders on Theta 49.

As far as the telepath war goes, I think we would have eventually got the full story on that through the course of Crusade. In the few episodes that were made, we already got one flashback so I expect there would have been more. Oh and of course a fugitive Bester was going to show up right before the plug was pulled.

Honestly, I'd like to see stories about the individuals who made up the some quarter-million people that inhabited B5 all those years where in which he hardly see any of the regular characters. JMS once compared the station to the "naked city" and I think that there are still hundreds of stories to be found in the people we didn't see.

I read the script. It wasn't that good. They found him just as they needed a strong telepath to open a magic door to get at alien tech. Nothing impressive.

From the novels, he sounded like Raif Fines from Shindlers just wailing on his prisoners at the concentration camp during the Telepth war. Colonel Clink he was not.

I suspect that was merely a reintroduction to Bester. I'm sure he would have cropped up in a more meaningful way down the line.

Like Nina and Logan on 24 keep getting presidential pardons when they should be being executed?

The script was finished and Walt read it and loved it, they thought they were going to film it, I actually recall that it mentioned a sword belonging to he thief lady which she was going to acquire in a later adventure JMS had not yet written because they would be filming out of order...

DISNEY PLANET!!!!!!!

Anything set on Disney Planet. Maybe a murder mystery with Zack? Maybe an Imperial visit from Londo? But whateverhappens... You know that this word has been terraformed to have mouse ears. Rodentformed?

You're thinking of the season finale, "End of the Line"; "Value Judgments" didn't have the sword.

I want to see all about the forbidden love of Anna Sheridan and Mr. Morden.

Did it start on the Icarus before the Shadows lobotomized her?

If they were fucking... That brings an entirely new light onto Morden's interactions with John, who must have been containing a secret smile and laughing his ass off while he was pretending to be a perfect gentleman as John was brow beating him and threatening to bring out the thumbscrews in Shadows of Za'ha'dum.

I really enjoyed Fiona Avery's script, "Value Judgments". It let us into the mind of perhaps the least developed of Crusade's characters: Lt. Matheson. And it brings back B5's own demolished man: Alfred Bester.

I want to see all the things ISN wasn't allowed to tell us happening for first year of President Clark's Tenure... West Wing and spin the Hell out of his fascist regime.

I still liked the idea of bringing Robert Culp back for the sequel to his Outer Limits ep. Demon With A Glass Hand.
