I wish you guys would stop talking about 2010 and get back to 2381.
(BTW...the correct term is "tea party protesters". "Teabaggers" is a crude corruption of the term, as Dimesdan pointed out.)
A corruption of the term that Tea Party protestors came up with themselves before realizing its sexual connotations, to be precise.
Like I say, I don't have the words right, but I am really glad that the editors and writers at Pocket decided to make good on this prediction!
Ok Rosalind
Very early stack layout of the MKII: (RIGHT CLICK SAVE AS) http://www.ewe-squad.com/av2.wmv
Hmm, how rough/early a rendering is this? I'm not loving the new pylons if they're staying, the sweeping arc of the earlier version's was rather more appealing than the abrupt angles on this version. Cant make up my mind if I like the dagger like extra pointy saucer or not...Thanks! Slight update: now in the lovely lazy youtube format:

5% final, if you would compare that with home construction it would mean that I put some stones together to see how it looks. Your input is appriciated.![]()
Well, you and I have talked about this before, but those sharp angles in the pylons are antithetical to the concept of the slipstream drive and its reliance on "fluid" geometry. I also think the dagger point at the bow is a bit too much, but that's just my opinion. Basically, if you want to refine the skin of the Aventine, I'm cool with that, but I think its general shape and lines should be left alone. Thanks! Do we know yet where the final version will be officially revealed? Will it be on the Zero Sum Game cover?
Apologies if this has come up before, but have you given any thought to the Aventine interiors? A CG bridge "set" that can be spliced with photoshopped pics of the various characters?
I imagine the colour-scheme from the Prometheus, the holograms from Countdown but all in a narrow chamber, shaped kinda like the hull.
