Besides the issue of her age, that L&C cameo was the only time she's made one of those sort of "callback" appearances -- unlike Noel Neill and Jack Larson, who both did lots of them before each passed a few years back. (In fact, I think the final "Super" related appearances for both of them were in Superman Returns.)
