Marc Guggenheim says that Harley Quinn is now off-limits to Arrow due to her being set to appear on Gotham as well as the Suicide Squad movie. He explains that with the exception of Ra's al Ghul, all things Batman are exclusively tied to Gotham.

^So I guess that means there's no chance of Melissa Benoist's Supergirl being BFFs with Batgirl as long as Gotham is on the air.

That's a shame. After the tease we got in that one Suicide Squad episode, I was really hoping we'd get a full appearance someday. But I guess now that we have a Batman show on the air, it makes sense to leave the Batman stuff to it. I wonder if that'll have any kind of effect on characters that have already appeared on Arrow, like Ra's Al Ghul?
^It does say in the quote that Ra's is the exception. Although presumably he'll be dealt with by the end of the season and won't be a factor anymore.

Arrow was the expected post cliffhanger aftermath drama for the most part, while Flash hit the ground running after the break! Hehehe! 
I thought Ollie had a pretty profound conversation with Ra's at the beginning. Their dialogue was almost poetic.
Question: How far away is Nanda Parbat from Starling City? It seems Nyssa can travel back and forth at ease in such a short amount of time. I'll bet she doesn't even have to deal with TSA agents at the airport. There's got to be a wormhole someplace we haven't yet seen.
