I'm not the first person to note the similarities.I had to look him up, but yes. I can see how that would happen.
I think it's because looking at his imdb I don't think I've seen Bradley in anything really before this so I just go to what I know.

I don't know I bet the Doctor could do with some help from dangerous BrianIf he comes face-to-face with the Myrka and shouts "it's a puppet!!!" then I'm with you, but otherwise no.
Thanks for you contribution. The title was enough to not watch. A vote of Rubbish from me.

Two solid episodes in Sheffield. And plenty of reasons to go back for more. Thinking maybe, if we all close our eyes, and screw up our faces really tight, and wish really hard. The Doctor Who Experience will open again in Sheffield.
Fingers crossed.
That was my biggest complaint about the Davies era (that and lovey-dovey Rose...). They didn't visit an alien world (not counting human colonies) until "The Impossible Planet" and they didn't visit one with a civilization until "Planet of the Ood," and even then, with plenty of humans around in both cases (I'm not counting "Utopia" because that was a human refuge). In a show whose premise travels the entire universe in any time range, why does everyone want it to stay on Earth in the modern day only?
Thirteen's tenure is shaping up to be much more like Classic Who than any of the series up 'til now.One thing I found interesting about this episode is that it is one of the few new-era Doctor Who episodes I can think of with absolutely no aliens or alien influences in it. No aliens, no alien technology, no alien artifacts causing havoc, etc.
I've been thinking the same thing, especially in this episode. This stood out to me towards the end of the episode when there were a bunch of people who didn't know each other, including a clear antagonist (but not an outright villain), following The Doctor's lead.Thirteen's tenure is shaping up to be much more like Classic Who than any of the series up 'til now.
The spider lab, could be mistaken but I’m pretty sure I’ve seen it before in a couple of superhero origin stories.

Earth? Meh. This is Sheffield. In a show whose premise travels the entire universe in any time range, why does everyone want it to stay on Earth in the modern day only?
Yeah, that stood out to me as well. That doesn't need to happen often (in fact, it shouldn't), but I'm glad that it does happen occasionally. Hopefully, Chibnall will keep in mind that kind of story during his tenure. One thing I found interesting about this episode is that it is one of the few new-era Doctor Who episodes I can think of with absolutely no aliens or alien influences in it. It's a play on "Anarchy in the UK".
If you don't watch don't vote. Your absence already figures in the ratings. The title was enough to not watch. A vote of Rubbish from me.
I liked how thee Doctor switched to her name, Najia, after Robertson got it wrong.I especially loved the Doctor continuing to call Yas's mum "Yas's Mum" even though she kept telling her her name![]()
I felt the ending was a little rushed in terms of solving everything and just like in the Ghost Monument, the douchebag in the episode just leaves abruptly???
I'm wondering if some of these folks are set to return in later episodes?
But wasn’t everyone mortified by the mere rumour of his involvement back when we knew nothing? I’m beginning to think we should put more trust in our showrunners to get it right,
