Anyone still build models?

Just finally got hold of a full set of these 1994 Jonny Quest resin figure models. I'd built Jonny in 2004, but never had the full set due to cost. I just recently got a half-price deal on them. Fused their bases together and cranked them out in a month:

I don't know if anyone else here did these but I miss Bburago die cast models.. I used to collect tons of them in the old days, they were mostly 1/18 scale die cast cars, usually sports or rally cars, sometimes sedans. They were sold as kits and you had to assemble them yourselves and add your own finishing touches if you wanted to add extra details, but the larger scale made that easier for those that could do that.

I usually just applied all the decals and built them stock as they were in the box and the results were still pleasing. Also they were made in Italy at the time but as the years went on production moved to China and the brand just didn't feel the same any more it was Bburago in name only. The builds became really basic after the change of manufacture.

I just wanted to say I miss those. Wish I had kept my collection.
