Anyone else not hate "Bound"?

As regards the James Bond phenomenon, there have been specific male Trek characters to that end - how could we forget the "irresistible" Okona? That Ronin creature from "Sub Rosa" also had a good thing going.

What is stated in "Bound" is also somewhat different from what appears to be stated. Phlox is pretty straightforward about it: the pheromones make the males "aggressive" and "delusional". Offscreen, he supposedly adds "vulnerable to suggestion". Nothing about being attracted to the women there. Essentially, the Orions spread booze around and wait for the inevitable to happen.

This thus leaves the reaction of the victims completely open to interpretation there, revealing nothing about their sexual preferences. Some heterosexual males may get a headache out of the booze, some may become passive, some may start fighting about that nice seat there over the porthole. A select few will start fighting over women, or men. Onscreen, we witness only a few of the fights, and the ones we do witness are not said to be over the women.

The one sex-specific or more exactly gender-specific thing here is that the Orion stuff may be deficient in making females "vulnerable to suggestion". But we can't tell for sure, because once the booze has been provided, the Orions start using their sexual lures as an (unrelated) means of furthering their suggestions, and that has the best odds of working on heterosexual men, so they only try it out on those.

I like Bound I thought the show was interesting . I liked Trip and T'Pol's story arc and because of the their bond Trip was immune to the Orion women and that helped them stop the orions and thwart their plans for the Enterprise crews and get rid of them I like that story line alot.

I haven't seen either one, but you mentioned two actresses, so I thought there might be more than one movie.

Bound is my favorite Gina Gershon movie
My favorite Gina Gershon movie is Showgirls.

Where else could you see Elizabeth Berkley (from Saved by the Bell) kick Gina Gershon down a flight of metal stairs, while both of them are basically naked?
