Engadget claims the issues are resolved since the trophy server clock hit midnight GMT:

I'm going to spend some quality time with my 360 tonight until I hear more feedback indicating nothing else has gone wrong with that clock coming back online.

Everything works fine again for me. Had to update the time via the internet once I'd signed back in after midnight, but other than that and a trophy re-sync, everything's back to normal - just finished my first playthrough of Heavy Rain, in fact.

Just a piece of advice; if any of your trophies have disappeared, simply load up the game in question, then quit back to the XMB and re-sync the trophy list. That should bring them back.

Truly. I was actually kind of surprised at how not-slim the slim versions are, especially compared to the size difference between the PS2 and PS2 slim.

The error fixed itself at 12am GMT, so if you didn't have your PS3 switched on til then, you wouldn't have been affected.

^ I used mine yesterday and it wouldn't connect to the PSN. My date & time were also screwed up. I didn't try to play any games though, I just watched a couple TV eps and that worked fine.

Same thing here, checked mine last night at about 10:00 Central time and got signed onto the PSN. Had to reset my date, (it was showing my date as 2/28) but everything seemed to work

I did that, and I still seem to be missing a trophy on the current game I'm playing. But as long as it plays, I don't really care.

Some trophies that weren't synced before the crash may be unrecoverable. My system crashed during a loading screen on Heavy Rain while I was waiting to be awarded a couple of trophies. I've lost both of them, and will have to replay to get them.
