I rank it up there with Last Week Tonight and Full Frontal. It's refreshingly thoughtful and perhaps even more well-rounded than the other two shows.Didn't know about that one. Sounds really good, I'll make sure to check it out.
Maybe, but Problem Areas was also 10 episodes long and it found its footing quickly, albeit its structure is considerably different from Wolf's show.Yeah, that's fair criticism. On the other hand, she only got ten episodes, for a weekly talk show that's barely enough to find its footing.
That's what I've heard. That kind of thing appeals to me so I'm sure I will enjoy it while others didn't.The special is more private memories, no political satire. At least the twenty minutes I watched before I turned it off. Not that it was bad, it just wasn't for me. You might feel quite different about it, so, yeah, check it out.
Silverman's show is also very good and is probably the most open-minded of all of the political talk shows. I found her reflective monologue about Louis C.K. probably the most honest and human reaction to his situation and I found it very refreshing. I wish more people were as thoughtful and reflective as she is.Sooner or later I bet they are able to coax John Stewart out of retirement to do one of these kind of shows. I did watch the Sarah Silverman show on "Hulu" and that was good though I did watch about 6 months or so to late thus it had some dated stuff to it. It was also weird to see the Louie C.K news happen in the middle of the season because the show wasn't about reporting the news of the day and so forth and also a little weird in I think this happened not to long after she did a interview with Al Franken.
