Never claimed I did.So that means you don't know either.

Which means little. It's the Star Trek IP that's getting spun off. Not STD.And just had its third spinoff project announced.
Just was thinking about this as I was a huge HIMYM fan. The show averaged 8-10milliom viewers per season with the final season being the largest win. Up until the mid 3rd season when Britney Spears guest starred, the show was consistently on the bubble for cancellation. One could also argue, creatively, the show went on about three seasons too long. But to each his own on that one.
It's literally based off of Discovery elements, so not sure how else to take this as a spin off of Discovery with that connective tissue.Which means little. It's the Star Trek IP that's getting spun off. Not STD.

Um, noooooo..... that's the Yellowstone franchise.Star Trek serves as the flagship franchise for their whole Paramount+ streaming service.
We all know that failures have more money spent on them to ensure they look like failures. That's just logic! But Disco spawned them ...
Even though Disco LOOKS successful and has all the hallmarks of BEING successful, it's actually a failure -- is that what you're saying?
Head beginning to spin ...

SNW Season 1 carried over and followed up story elements from Discovery Season 2.SNW is based on characters established in 1965, not STD. And that just leaves a future academy show that is little more than a press release at this point.
Connective tissue my ass.
Section 31 is a Discovery spinoff. Starfleet Academy is a Discovery Spin Off.
Try again.
It's starring a main character from Discovery.Don't need to because you're wrong. Section 31 was DS9.
SNW Season 1 carried over and followed up story elements from Discovery Season 2.
You just don't want to admit you're wrong. Stop moving goal posts. That's too convoluted even for sci-fi.
It's starring a main character from Discovery.
Stop moving goal posts.
Goal posts moved againAnd DS9 starred two characters from TNG but it says very clearly "Based Upon Star Trek Created By Gene Roddenberry." Not "Based upon Star Trek: The Next Generation Created by Gene Roddenberry."
Goal posts moved again
Oddly enough, if the production hadn't been forced by COVID into time traveling to modern day Earth, they likely would have remained in the 25th century for Season 2, kept the core Picarcd cast intact for Season 3, and just met other TNG characters along the way.The reason why he gave in with season 3 is rather simple: He says that after "Nepenthe" he realized that the show needed the other TNG characters, too. The original idea was always to bring them in as guest characters if given the chance, but this idea changed as well.
