*sigh* There goes the fourth wall. Now I've got to call for repairs.

Seriously, though, I've been meaning to check fan-fiction.net to see if there have been any Hurt-Doctor fanfics yet. I fully expect that to become it's own sub-genre.

You can also expect people to work the Scream of the Shalka story back into canon via the Hurt Doctor. I know I am thinking about how it can work.
