I liked the song and the montage. I really liked the show's last season. Every Trek took a few seasons to ramp up and unfortunately once this one started to hit it's stride they cancelled it.

The montage was great, it sort of showed mans progress though the ages, All the Enterprises are there i think. The only thing that ruined it for me was the song, i'm sorry to say i HATED it. But the series as a whole was good

The most recent one, Live by the Code, goes up to December 2165, though To Brave the Storm has a very brief epilogue flash-forward to 2186.

I liked the entire intro. The lyrics fit the plot of the series, or at least the first 2 seasons.

While the overall montage is kinda fun to watch, the music is a mixed bag depending on my mood. I mean it fits with the direction of the first few seasons...but there are times I mute it and wait till the episode really begins.
