He was born in the 31st century and was "mostly" human. And he worked for the temporal authority that operated within the Federation around the year 3050.
He likes long walks on the beach.
and if possibly is Future Guy, and was part of both the time war and dept of temporal investigations at various parts of his life, then it all goes from coincidence/convenience to actual plot arc.being Daniels is less crazy than Khans descendant having served with Spock and Kirk's brother
Future Guy is one of the more annoying ideas for Daniels to be. It be Braxton all over again
It's Star Trek, every third mission is about meeting a mentor, an ex-lover, a relative or a former co-worker.being Daniels is less crazy than Khans descendant having served with Spock and Kirk's brother
Darn the luck. It's Star Trek, every third mission is about meeting a mentor, an ex-lover, a relative or a former co-worker.![]()
That's a very good question.But....
WHY?????![]()
Or transporter clone. It's Star Trek, every third mission is about meeting a mentor, an ex-lover, a relative or a former co-worker.![]()
And sometimes, three or all four are wrapped up in one character. It's Star Trek, every third mission is about meeting a mentor, an ex-lover, a relative or a former co-worker.![]()
Quite the opposite, in fact. Future Guy is stated to be from the 28th century, and making him the only character in the entire Trek Canon we know to be from the 28th century. So there is quite literally no possible way he could be someone we know.I honestly don't see where this need for Future Guy to be "someone we know" comes from. They certainly never hinted as much on the show.
Brannon Braga said that he thought Future Guy was Jonathan Archer who somehow made it to the 28th century alive. Since cryogenic stasis was established as existing in Trek as early as Space Seed, then it is very possible for Future Guy to be an established Trek character as his presence in the 28th century wouldn't preclude his being from an earlier century and surviving via stasis.Quite the opposite, in fact. Future Guy is stated to be from the 28th century, and making him the only character in the entire Trek Canon we know to be from the 28th century. So there is quite literally no possible way he could be someone we know.
But we all know what facts mean around here.
We know Future Guy isn't Daniels, since (in the alternate timeline of "Shockwave") Future Guy doesn't exist but Daniels still does.Future Guy is one of the more annoying ideas for Daniels to be. It be Braxton all over again
