By "the pilot" I assume you mean the unscreened first recording of "An Unearthly Child". By that logic, they ought to have included the first recording of "The Dead Planet" too.
How could they? No version of the episode in either audio and vision exists, save for the last ~20" of the cliffhanger. Remember the audio recordings have only come from fans recording the show from broadcast. The Dead Planet v1 doesn't even have that.
Clearly I wasn't being entirely serious.
