I've seen all the aliens and predators movies in the theatre so I won't stop with this one, It intregues me enough to go see it. Now to avoid everything else so it doesn't spoil the movie.

I really hate that argument. The whole point of a trailer is to induce us to judge the film in advance and form an opinion as to whether we want to pay to see it. If the trailer doesn't lead us to form an opinion (favorable) before the fact it didn't do its job.

(BTW-I'm saying this as someone who thought the trailer looked pretty good)

She has the looks for a 18th/19th century period movie.
I was hoping that Prey 2 could be a Japanese samurai film. Prey of Tsushima - come on, movie makers, it writes itself!

Yes. The opinion on if you're interested or not. NOT if the movie is good or bad.
My point was that too many people judge the movie on the trailer. The person I commented on said 'this movie feels like...'. And you can't judge that yet. You haven't seen the movie. OFCOURSE the trailer is going to evoke certain vibes that belong to the franchise. But that says nothing about the movie as a whole.

Well, I'll give the new Alien movie a chance.
I remember watching the original Alien movie in cinema with my brother and my cousin when it came out.
We've been so scared, fascinated and impressed at the same time, it was so special, ingenious, outstanding, like nothing we ever saw before.
I doubt to get this feeling again with Alien stuff but I'm open for surprises

This trailer did help it to feel a little unique from the other entries in the series. It looks like it's going to have the most full on horror feel that we've gotten from the series in a while. I'm looking forward to it.

Marvel has announced that they will be releasing a one-shot prequel comic written by Zac Thompson with art by Daniel Picciotto. Thompson worked on it with the movie's director Fede Alvarez, and it's going deal with a "lingering mystery" from the movie. It's being released on August 16th, the same day as the movie.
