Spoilers AHSOKA series [Spoiler Discussion]

A couple of observations about the Sabine-Ezra meeting.

First, considering how long they’ve been waiting for it and how much Sabine sacrificed to make it happen, it seems emotionally underwhelming. Shouldn’t they be much more excited to see each other? I know “stoic” is the style of the series, but really…

Second, how is it the question of “How are we getting home?” never comes up?

Ezra looks like he's ready to lead the exodus and part the Red sea.
Mostly what strikes me about Ezra is how much he looks like his father. Or rather he would if he trimmed down the beard a bit.

You do remember the part where he's a Jedi, right? Also worth keeping in mind that he's not a teenager anymore.
Even so, I'd hardly call fond smiles and heartfelt hugging "stoic". People don't have to scream and bawl to show genuine joy. This isn't a melodrama.

Yeah, this isn't Star Trek: Discovery

Dude, if I'm getting a new version of "The Ten Commandments" then Ahsoka is totally worth it.
Supposedly, that's meant to be the general vibe of the Mangold DotJ project, so if this is tying into that somewhat, then it seems appropriate.
Sabine's going to fully unleash her force powers and "part" the space whales so their ships can pass?
Parting the rings of whalebone dust feels like it'd be a little more dramatic.
Amidala looking like Cleopatra.
Her outfit from this deleted scene says "Hi!"

I imagine “Stop trying to kill him” would do the trick. He may not be Temple-trained, but he’s still a Jedi.

That doesn't really mean anything. I doubt that being a Jedi would automatically ensure that a character would not kill someone he or she deemed a bad guy. Being a Jedi is not a guarantee that he or she would refrain killing someone he/she deemed dangerous.

I wonder if that shoulder shrug Anakin does was intentional as that was when they were supposed to superimpose the body suit over him but it just didn't work very well and so they changed it.
