*wonders if a similar thread to this one was created after the Remastered episode Operation: Annihilate, which showed the Enterprise using newly developed doors undernearth the hull to launch mines that were not present in TOS.
I have rarely seen a movie more than once in theatre, and it's been quite some time since I've done so. If I do really enjoy a film in theatre then I likely will buy the DVD. In fact the availability of the flm on DVD likely precludes paying to see the movie more than once in theatre--why should you when you can buy the DVD once and then see the picture as often as you wish? And it is the rare film indeed that will inspire me to be tie-in merchandise.Ronald Held said:
Who sees the movie multiple times, buys the DVD, novel and toys tie-ins? Not the causal movie goer.

The continual belief that this movie will magically turn into TOS is getting old though
