Apparently people are complaining about that Blackish and Fresh Off the Boat joke with them saying that it’s they are the “black and asain” shows. God knows why. I’m sure many people see them as that. People seem to overly sensitive these days.
I’ve just read the synopsis for 5 when it says David ran off years ago leaving Darlene to raise the kids on her own. There must be more to that as it seems a very dickish thing to do.

Darlene isn't gay. They've made that joke already.
He obviously left because he found a more attractive blonde in LA.
King of the Hill wasn’t really a conservative show. Hank was depicted as old fashioned, but it never got political. The closest was an episode where Hank has a crisis about voting for George W. Bush after getting a weak handshake from him. It also wasn’t heavily shadowed by the political beliefs of its star, which in its case is the creator. I’m really not sure what his political beliefs are since I’ve never seen him talk about them and nothing he’s made has ever pushed them. It could be argued that the show was actually mocking conservatives like Hank because he’s frequently used as a punchline on the show for them. But it was careful to be fairly balanced, Hank cared more about America, propane and his family. Some things made him uncomfortable due to his beliefs, but generally he was shown as getting past that.About the conservatism thing. Nobody ever complained about King of the Hill, but if King of the Hill came out today they'd have to make Hank a Trump supporter. It'd be interesting how the reactions would be different. And if Hillary Clinton was president, Roseanne could come back as a conservative show and nobody would bat an eyelash. It's interesting how perspective has changed now that mainstream conservatism has gone so far beyond the pale with supporting white supremacy again.
Indeed. Hank was a rather sweet man, really. He loved his wife, and even bought her "feminine items" like diet soda (that one still makes me laugh to this day). He loved his son Bobby, even though that boy confused the hell out of him. He always tried to make room for them, to let them live, even if he thought it was crazy. He loved his father, but disliked how incredibly racist his father was, and I thought it was all a rather well-balanced show.King of the Hill wasn’t really a conservative show. No matter what they do explaining why David isn't there will be very difficult. Maybe make it that David cheated on Darlene with a guy and Darlene goes 'And everything thinks I'm the gay one!'I know but it felt like they genuinely loved each other. It’s also a TV show and I don’t see that going down well, no matter how realistic it could be.
Is Trump pro-propane?

I believe they use David-Jacob sparringly is because he isn’t that great of an actor. I’m sure once he eases more into it they’ll give him more.
So is that the last we see of Becky #2?
