Excuse me? Both fake and real Roseanne are Trump supporters, she has been very open about that, watch ANY interview she has given. Roseanne Barr is still very liberal but like most Americans are sick of the way things are run in the USA so she voted for the 'outsider'.

Oops! So she is. I guess I got her confused with some of the other writers of the show.
I liked the first two episodes. Watching something new with a studio audience makes it feel kind of weird compared to how comedies are done today. I loved that Roseanne is a Trump supporter and Jackie is super liberal. Makes for good conflict and both of them are kind of exagereted examples of both groups of people so it doesn't feel preachy. It's a rare show indeed were you can have both conservatives and liberals complaining about the subject matter in a episode. I thought they handled the boy who likes to dress like a girl very well. In fact I think the show feels like it's returning to it's roots by actually trying to be realistic and dealing with the fact that not everyone acts like assholes just because their old school beliefs are not accepted by everyone yet not so badly written where they don't express their views and get treated like a cartoon baddies.

I don't care, this is just a lot of bullshit on her part, and I'm not going to feed it. There are toxic females, too, but nobody seems to want to make a plotline of a show about that.

Agreed. The approach felt real to me, as I have plenty of family who voted for Trump. I think they hit a good balance.
I also agree but I can see why people might not think that way. The very mention of Trump or pink hats or a young boy wearing a dress is enough to get some triggered. Which makes sense because anytime some of this is ever mentioned on the internet it's not long until fighting breaks out.

Trump has already taken credit for the ratings success. "Over 18 million people. And it was about us." You know nothing moves Trump as much as ratings.
