So bigots are supporting other bigots. Why do you keep repeating this as if it is something fresh and new? It isn't. Bigoted statements always resonate with other bigots, who will then act to protect their bigotry from the ravages of reason and common sense.
wonder how many are individual likes and how many are bots and other automation to increase the count.

Would it matter? By every indication in this thread, Shilliam Watner's posts are generally bereft of relevance to any post in which he responds. They just say the same basic thing over and over again, a repeated logical fallacy of argumentum ad populum.

So I suggest not bothering. I know I won't anymore. I've made my points, as have many others, and they will be summarily ignored as they have been since the start. There is no reasoning with a person who holds the beliefs that Shilliam holds. His statements show that he is interested solely in supporting bigotry, and that such bigotry, along with a healthy dose of racism, is morally right. You cannot reason with such a mindset.

We want to thank all of you for your prayers and support. The family has spent much time in prayer since learning of A&E’s decision. We want you to know that first and foremost we are a family rooted in our faith in God and our belief that the Bible is His word. While some of Phil’s unfiltered comments to the reporter were coarse, his beliefs are grounded in the teachings of the Bible. Phil is a Godly man who follows what the Bible says are the greatest commandments: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart” and “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Phil would never incite or encourage hate.We are disappointed that Phil has been placed on hiatus for expressing his faith, which is his constitutionally protected right.We have had a successful working relationship with A&E but, as a family, we cannot imagine the show going forward without our patriarch at the helm. We are in discussions with A&E to see what that means for the future of Duck Dynasty. Again, thank you for your continued support of our family.

Expressing your First Amendment Right does not give you immunity from any and all repercussions. Just ones from the government.

Does the bible?
Seems a good place to, once again, post this, since we're talking about "belief that the Bible is His word." Which I assume means we should follow it, wholeheartedly:

Because, who are we to pick and choose which parts of His word to follow, right?
The Bible calls for killing people that work on the Sabbath, until he starts supporting that as well his biblical morality is nothing more than cherry picking. So it is of little surprise that he also fails to tend to the log in his own eye.
But if he had even a portion of a functioning brain, he would understand the simple idea that animals cannot give consent.
