I think you guys got that 'love to hate' thing a little wrong. I love Weyoun, too. It's just that in the context of the series he is a rather nasty meanie who is responsible for some horrific crimes. I wouldn't exaclty feel love for such a man if he was real. Hence the expression 'love to hate'. Maybe I should make myself more clear the next time.
