My new workout routine involves me watching TV shows on my iPod while I do cardio. Lately I've been watching "How I Met Your Mother," and it's made cardio so much easier because it distracts me from my burning quads!
Anyway, I am soon going to be out of episodes, and I'm looking for some new shows to try out. I don't want any hour-long shows (not yet anyway) because I only do cardio for about 20-30 minutes at the end of my lifting routine.
So anybody got some good suggestions? Sitcoms are preferred, as they are usually fast-paced and keep me interested the whole time, but if anybody has any other ideas I'd love to hear them. I'm honestly considering one of the latest seasons of South Park, which I haven't been keeping up with, but I dunno. Maybe a few different shows that I can rotate through...
