Congrats FM, I love your re-enactment! It would be cool to see a "fleet" of Defiant class ships engaging a cube as it was originally intended of her design. Dozens of Defiant ships firing pulse phasers and quantum torps at a hapless cube - LOL!

Now that you mention it, mine is also probably too wide for the cover as well. Centerfold would be pretty wicked, just to be able to say that you were the "centerfold"

Thanks Apparently the long delay in notification may have been due to some back and forth communication with Star Trek Online, who has first dibs on my design, and recently used it as inspiration for their new line of command cruisers (per Ian Richards.) They may have had to sign off on it's use in the calendar.

They probably didn't need to contact you then. I had to change the title of mine, as they couldn't publish the quote "A tall ship and a star to steer her by". I changed it to "Charting the Cygnus Loop."

Point being, I think they are about ready to hit the paper.

What name/title did you put in the form when you submitted? The column might have been labeled "Name" or "Description". I can't remember now. I just remember I ran into a character limit when trying to type "The U.S.S. Drake and 12 Cloaked Klingon Birds of Prey".
