Well - they used "Sabotage" because in ST:2009 - that's what kid Kirk was listening to as he sent his Uncles car over the cliff.

Quite true, and a valid point. I just like Fight For Your Right.

As an aside, I did enjoy how in STID Kirk was playing Beastie Boys on a vintage turntable. Seemed appropriate given his fascination with antiques in the TOS movies.

I also like how The Beastie Boys ‘Body Movin’ (Fat-Boy Slim remix) was playing when Kirk was with the two Caitians in STiD.

Why, I too, greatly enjoyed that particular remix of that particular artist's original song playing on an antique phonograph while Kirk was just about to do the one thing he's known for and get laid and furthermore

I think my opinion of Star Trek '09 has improved a bit from when I first saw it. From "okay" to "good," probably.

I loved Star Trek into Darkness at first sight, and the passion burns hot to this day. No change here. Awesome then, awesome now.

I've only seen Star Trek Beyond once. Total meh. Couldn't muster enough interest to buy the Blu-ray even when it was only like ten bucks. I might like it better (or even less) on a second viewing, but at this rate, we'll never know.
