So Beth finally did what Daryl told her to do and it didn't work out well at all.

    No kidding!

Good episode, but dammit! This show is just biding its time to the finale isn't it? Shit, fuck the time line now I have no idea where everyone is now. Beth and Daryl should be a couple days past where we last saw Rick/Michonne as well as Tyrese/Carol. Glenn's still in the past and I have no idea where Sasha/Maggie/Bob are.

These people are all over the place in all four dimensions.

I may have to succumb to the "romance" idea building between Beth and Daryl, though it still icks me out a bit considering the likely age gap between the characters.

It also seemed out of character-idly dangerous and stupid for Daryl to just assume the dog was back on the porch and open the door without looking outside first.

Timeline-wise Daryl encounters this other group I'm pretty sure a day or two AFTER the group's encounter where Rick was hold up at. No idea where Beth was taken or who she is with but. again, the "taken to be killed/raped" by this group thing doesn't hold up because they should be a day or two after when Rick met up with this group a couple weeks ago.

Pretty good episode, I think the show works better when we see more than one group of people. Last week's was okay but it just drug some by only focusing on Daryl and Beth. (Sort of like the first episode of this run only focusing on Rick and Carl and at-that only Carl.)

Anyone have a clue what Bob was eating in his pre-prison flashback scene at the beginning of the episode? The photo below makes it look like pink cake frosting, but IIRC the white container was larger (like the size of a cup). I should watch the scene again.

Man, the whole Beth thing has me really perturbed right now.

Waiting for winter to end it was nice to see Lauren Cohan looking like a spring day come to life. Towards the end Chris Hardwick was finding it hard to contain his enthusiasm for the ladies. :)

They made for fun guests. When I saw the jars of pigs feet there on the table I was a afraid Chris was going to make people eat them as a "reward" for asking a question like he did the Easy Cheese and the pudding in previous episodes.

Thankfully he just gave them the jar of pigs feet. Which, really, if I had gotten one I would have gotten Chris and the ladies to sign. ;)

Wow, what a great episode. Who would have guessed that Bob would be mister sunshine and the glue keeping people together.

Beth and Daryl were even better tonight than they were last week. I was wondering during the episode if the "sons of anarchy" gang might have been the group that left the food at the funeral home, but that doesn't make any sense, there's no way they would have left the place so clean and tidy.

But then they showed up anyways, and I could swear I saw the guy that Rick killed in the bathroom standing with them.

How come the first time I notice those wings on the back of Daryl's vest, and someone mentions it 20 seconds later as I'm pulling up all this angel symbology?

They've been there the whole time haven't they?

Zombie awareness seems highly variable. Sometimes it seems they can sense people miles away and other times one can be five feet away behind a tree or sleeping on top of a truck.

I wondered if the car window didn't suggest a hearse or funeral vehicle. Which I guess wouldn't discount that bunch now that I think about it but doesn't quite seem their style.

If this is about god clearing the planet for his next experiment, then I have to assume that the Zombies are following magnetic lines in herds towards a natural conclusion which is not always an ocean.

Not a bad episode, but oh god just get on with it!!

Looks like next week's will basically be the same as the last two with pretty much nothing going on, more wandering around, only this time with Tyreese and co.

Hoping it won't but I half expect the season to end with them all to meet up just before they're about to finally get to this Terminus place, and them saying "well let's see what's in there...", cue cliffhanger.

Oly just noticed looking at the Walking Dead wiki btw, but the guy Daryl meets at the end, Joe, is the guy in the house with Rick a couple of episodes earlier...

Yeah, it was. Heck, the viewer could see the outlines of moving figures through the cracks between the boards even before Daryl opened the door. It's pretty ridiculous that Daryl didn't notice.

Although I admit I thought they'd be living people, not walkers.

I was wondering what attracted the herd onto the front porch at all; it's not like there was significant noise or movement from inside.

Then I wondered how long that car was waiting outside for someone to come out.

Then I put the two together.

Someone figured out an easy way to bag themselves a prisoner.

I totally do not understand all the people who have been complaining that "nothing is happening" in the second half of this season. I think the episodes have been great. What exactly do you folks WANT to happen? Are you under the impression that there will be some kind of plot or storyline where they'll fix the zombie problem and then the show will end and then everyone will live happily ever after? What else should the show be about other than surviving in the ZA? Not knowing which of the others are still alive only adds to the tension/desperation for each individual character, and as we have seen, the smaller casts have allowed for some of the characters to be much more fleshed out.

Yes, there is a plot at work right now where they fix the Zombie problem and everyone lives happily every after.

    1. Two highly fucked up emotionally traumatised women.

    2. Beheading 15 zombies in 3 minutes = 120 hours of therapy.

    3. Two emotionally put together fully actuated women.

Conclusion: Murder Rampage = Mental Health.

Yep, they have, he also has them tattooed on his back.

BTW gang Here is Sneak Peek #2 , it looks like Little Lizzy Borden playing tag with a Walker, maybe another Flashback?
I love the Creepy Fallout look, sound and feel.

As far as the Episode went I enjoyed it but enough with Daryl and Beth already, him spending so much time with her is making him stoopid.

That would make for a fairly good trap. A neatly tended home, stocked with food. Hell, even Daryl was talking about living there. Bait the door with a cute dog, then lure in the walkers to cause panic & divide the group, so you can nab someone, especially if you wanted to nab someone female.

Man, I hope that isn't what happened to Beth :(

As for the time line. I can't figure it either way anymore. Geez, Daryl could've maybe been with the dirtbags when they were in the house with Rick, & we just never saw him. Glen may have found the Terminus sign before or after Maggie, or they could all be on the same time line. There's been no evidence I've noticed to suggest that they aren't all following the same time frame. Who bloody knows anymore? I'd like them to clear it up though, within the next episode or 2, so we can get on with whatever they're clearly building to

I like the last few episodes; it's really showing how this is an ensemble show, and there is plenty going on.

I still remember the season on the farm. Now there's an example of nothing going on.

Yeah the timeline is really getting polluted, in one scene it cuts from Tara and Bob to Maggie and it goes from night to day.
Then we see Daryl and Beth and it looks like dusk when they get to the house, then it's dark, then light then dark again, then the hunters find Daryl the next day.
As far as Glenn and crew go, unless they find a car, they have a 2 day walk back at minimum.

It was a fine episode, better than last week IMO. I'm lost on the timeline too. I thought that gang the rushed Rick out kidnapped Beth but I'm not so sure now.
