THR said:Warner Bros. is bringing Argo writer Chris Terrio into the Batman-Superman universe.
The Oscar-winning writer, who recently changed agencies from CAA to WME, has been brought in to write a draft of the Man of Steel follow-up,the untitled Batman-Superman movie.
It's possible that they plan to lightly establish some of these characters in this film as world-building, but they won't play a significant role until the Justice League film proper.
Denzel Washington as Green Lantern? Don't bet the farm on it.RUMOR

Green lantern in the movie too?
No surprise from me. Let's just call it a "Justice League" movie. That's all this is building up to anyways.
Certainly shaping to be a rush job. What Marvel did with five movies, WB will get done in two
They're not thinking about that. They're thinking about all of the money that The Avengers made and assuming that they can replicate that success, while forgetting what Marvel had to do first in order to create it.Oh Warner... so far you only managed to get ONE superhero done successfully, and that trilogy is over. All other recent attempts at DC heroes have failed. And now you want to pack all of them into one movie? Forget it.
Not sure what Supes' emergence has to do with an alien ring latching on to a human (and why wouldn't it go for Kal-El, anyway?), but, okay...It could be that they'll fit very well within the context of the story. I'm guessing that they'll be going for an angle of Superman's existence having let the genie out of the bottle, and it's an angle that they want to get out of the way in this film to pave the way for the big team film.
